Royal Canin, one of the world’s leading premium pet food manufacturers and a global leader in science-based health nutrition for cats and dogs, looked to CreativeScale to create a new workplace environment to reflect the company’s empowering values and corporate culture.
In collaboration with the design-build team, CreativeScale worked closely with the client and consultants to create a design for their new Canadian headquarters that embraces a flat organizational structure that aligns with their business goals.
CreativeScale succeeded in implementing an open office environment that is relaxed, collaborative and inviting to employees and their pets.
