Immersing herself in project challenges and fostering collaboration with her clients, Helen ensures that every detail is considered.
A specialist in project management and implementation, Helen advocates for her clients to ensure the best performance from contractors, engineers, consultants, and vendors. In addition to developing exceptional workplace concepts, she is trusted for her skill and diligence in overseeing a smooth project transition from concept to reality.
A graduate of Ryerson University’s Interior Design School, Helen held senior positions at some of Toronto’s leading architectural and design firms before launching CreativeScale in 2002.
Anna Marie is an interior designer and project manager with over 30 years of experience in private sector and government projects. Her extensive and varied experience in architectural and interior design enables her to successfully distill client requirements and develop appropriately detailed design solutions. Thanks to Anna Marie’s insight and skills, CreativeScale brings expertise in integrating interiors with the building envelop and associated systems. Her passion for the environment, universal design, and accessibility has enhanced our ability to create healthy and inclusive built environments.
Anna Marie has worked on a wide range of projects, varying in type, size and complexity. She brings expertise in retail design, prototyping and rollouts, corporate workplace design, coworking and start up incubators, technology and call centres, educational complexes, health care and laboratories.

As a leading B2B art director in Toronto for more than 20 years, Jessica Heald has worked with businesses large and small, creating memorable brands and powerful communications across virtually every media.
Jessica is CreativeScale’s lead graphic designer, a top talent who is trusted to create outstanding artwork, branding, and signage for our interior design clientele. Dig It Design, also handles graphics application and wayfinding, a critical aspect of any workplace transformation project, proven to keep your employees connected with your brand.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NSCAD (Nova Scotia College of Art and Design).
