Jones DesLauriers Insurance Management Inc is one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in the Greater Toronto Area. Relocating to a three-level building on Skymark Drive in Mississauga, JDIMI retained CreativeScale to modify the existing facility and create a workplace that motivates and energizes its employees.
CreativeScale guided the JDIMI team through a new workplace strategy. This shifted their mindset from a traditional hierarchical vision for their workplace plan to creating an open and collaborative environment that best suited their culture, provided better space utilization and more significant growth opportunities.
With a focus on health and wellness, a 1,000-square-foot fitness facility with a gym, yoga studio, and café was integrated into the design to provide employees with space for rejuvenation.
CreativeScale designed a workplace that re-invigorated its staff and fully re-invented the work environment for everyone at JDIMI.
