Mars Drinks, the beverage division of the third largest food company in the world, has an established culture of openness and transparency.
Committed to human-centric design, Mars leadership envisioned an approachable and synergetic space for their global headquarters and business campus in West Chester, Pennsylvania. A workplace that would eliminate communication barriers and celebrate culture.
Working in collaboration with the architectural firm Jacob Swyper and furniture dealer Herman Miller, CreativeScale developed the space plan and design concept for renovating this corporate headquarters. By implementing the Living Office Concept, the team was able to elevate the employee work experience and promote a high-performing workplace that would drive this client’s vision forward into the future.
